Janssen Engineering Group was contracted to design and manufacture customized hydraulic jack controls for an RV manufacturer. Our engineers designed the controls within the stringent customer requirements, and our PCB manufacturing machinery and plastic molding machinery was utilized to realize the design. The part was created with PCB fiberglass and plastic, constructed holding a tight ±.002” tolerance. Final dimensions for the unit was 12” x 8” x 4”.
The controls were manufactured after a 60 to 90 day turnaround time, producing 5,000 for shipment to the customer in Illinois.
